Your gifts and talents make a huge difference, and we would love to serve alongside you

Volunteers Make the Difference

We are committed to changing lives, developing leaders, and sharing the love of Jesus every single week. God uses willing-hearted volunteers to impact the lives of everyone who walks through our doors. Let's share Christ together!

What to expect as a volunteer

It's important to us that you get connected to a ministry area that is close to your heart and utilizes your gifting. That's what makes us sustainable in serving. You can always expect there to be a process in place to equip and train you, as well as a designated leader who can answer all of your questions.

What is my first step

LIFEtrack is our new onboarding process, starting Fall 2018. It's easily the best place to get involved in everything that's going on at Radiant Life Church! This four-step process guides you through discovery of your God-given purpose and toward the life that He created you to live.

The Foundations Series is a set of three Bible-based, faith-building, 9-month courses that dig into the truth of God's Word and the reality of the freedom we live in. Part 1 is a required course for any leadership roles at Radiant Life (ie. kids ministry teachers, LIFEgroup leaders, worship leaders, etc.)

scheduling & communication

Every team is a little bit different, and we want to do our part to communicate effectively with you - a huge factor in this endeavor is scheduling. As a volunteer, you will receive monthly email updates, scheduling inquireys, and reminders.

Additionally, we hold Sunday morning team meetings: a brief touch-base before the start of service to pray together, encourage each other, and run through the business of the day.

These are for all of the volunteers scheduled to serve that particular morning.

Join a Team

It's important to note that all teams require completion of LIFEtrack.

Some teams also require completion of background checks and Part 1 of the Foundations Series. These are denoted by asterisks.
