Men's Bible Study We will be meeting Wednesday evenings starting Sept. 11th and ending October 2nd at 7pm in the Foundation Room.
The focus of the small group will be on healthy living. We’ll be looking at nutrition, fitness and the importance of good relationships to our health all from a Christian perspective. The goal is to provide encouragement to anyone who is interested in getting healthier in one of these areas of their life. We will be providing encouragement and practical suggestions that can help one another in our journey towards better health. This will be an encouraging and judgment free environment, anyone should feel free to attend regardless of their current health or age.
